About Anne Hampford

Anne Hampford is based in Connecticut. Her poems have been nominated for a Pushcart Prize and have appeared in Terrain.org, Connecticut River Review, Crab Creek Review, Dogwood: A Journal of Poetry and Prose, Gulf Stream Magazine, and Naugatuck River Review, among others. Her Antarctica-inspired chapbook, Everywhere Is North, was published in October 2021. She holds a B.A. in Political and Social Thought from the University of Virginia and an M.A. in Comparative Literature from Rutgers University. She has traveled to six continents and can fake her way through several languages.
